I hope that some of my previous posts have given you as readers a glimpse into the new and exciting changes in social media on the internet. While the past few years have seen amazing advances in technology, the changes are far from over.
I have previously mentioned how these changes in social media and technology relate to the equestrian world, and I believe that the competitive hunter/jumper community will continue to use the internet as a tool. Five years from now, we will be able to find everything horse-related with the click of a button, from results, to sales, to industry news. As professionals, we will find online and mobile communication increasingly important on a day-to-day basis.
I leave you with a TED talk describing an up and coming innovation called the sixthsense. Technology like this will likely be accessible in the next five years. Can you imagine what is next?
